A block of rooms for conference participants has been set aside at the government rate of $81 per night (plus tax of 13.25%). To make a reservation, please call the Hyatt Regency Buffalo directly at 716-856-1234 or Hyatt Regency's toll-free reservations at 800-223-1234. To ensure that you get the government rate, inform the reservations office that you are with the "EPA Community Involvement Conference." Reservations must be made by June 11, 2005. Make your reservations early to ensure availability of a room at the government rate.

The Hyatt Regency Buffalo offers many amenities for its guests, including several restaurants, an in-house exercise facility, and complimentary access to the Olympia Health Club, located across the street from the hotel. Each guest room includes telephones with voice mail, a hair dryer, coffee maker, daily newspaper, iron and ironing board, television, and an alarm clock radio. Dial-up and highspeed internet service is available for a fee. Wireless internet service is available in public areas of the hotel, but not in meeting rooms or guest rooms.

The conference room block is now full at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel during the week of the conference. A block of rooms has been set aside at the Holiday Inn Buffalo Downtown at a group rate of $90 plus tax (13.25%). To ensure that you get the government rate, inform the reservations office that you are with the "EPA Community Involvement Conference". Reservations must be made by June 27, 2005. Please make a reservation early to ensure availability at the group rate. Once the Holiday Inn room block becomes full, please contact any of the following downtown hotels directly to make a reservation and determine the best rate available.
